What we look for?

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to take on a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components. Extensive experience with Java, UNIX, microservices, T-SQL, and Angular to build scalable and efficient applications for an important project with a global investment company. High english level is required.

100% remote position for people located in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and Design: Lead the architectural design and development of scalable, high-performance applications using Java and Angular. Front-End Development: Implement complex user interfaces with Angular, ensuring a responsive and intuitive user experience. Back-End Development: Develop and maintain robust server-side logic and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies. Database Management: Design and optimize T-SQL queries and manage database schema to ensure high performance and data integrity. System Integration: Integrate various components and services to build cohesive, end-to-end solutions, adhering to best practices for microservices architecture. UNIX/Linux Environments: Utilize UNIX/Linux systems for application development, deployment, and operational support. Code Quality: Enforce coding standards and best practices, performing code reviews, and ensuring high-quality code through automated testing. Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior developers, sharing best practices and fostering their professional growth. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to deliver effective solutions. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs efficiently. Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, architecture, and system configurations.

Mandatory requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent professional experience. Experience: 6-7 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering complex applications. Advanced proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for back-end development. Extensive experience with Angular for front-end development. Deep understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns. Strong expertise in T-SQL and relational databases. Proficient with UNIX/Linux operating systems and related tools. High English level (B2+/C1)

Desirable requirements:

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), containerization (e.g., Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
