Who you’ll be working with

We build the solutions dreamed up by the product and design teams. Our goal is to deliver working software every two weeks. We are a large team that spans across three global offices, but we collaborate and integrate front- and back-end components and interfaces to provide a user-centered experience through web and mobile platforms.

What you’ll be doing

Developing and maintaining all server-side network components. Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests. Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes. Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code. Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions. Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support. Documenting Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports. Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies. Staying informed of advancements with React / Angular & Node.js.

What you’ll need to be successful (Requirements)

Ideally 4+ years of engineering work experience Must have hands on experience with React / Angular & Node.js  Solid expertise in Full Stack Development. Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks like ExpressJs, NextJS, NestJS, typeORM, Prisma ORM, sequelize ORM, claudiajs. Working experience with RDBMS databases such as postgres, MySQL Knowledge of front-end technologies such as React / Angular, NextJS, HTML5 and CSS3. Experience managing junior level developers is a plus Great organizational and time management skills. Availability to resolve urgent web application issues outside of business hours occasionally  Nice to have: experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP serverless functions
