💻 About the opportunity

We are seeking a purpose-driven Senior Full Stack Engineer to work on a critical project on our GarageGuard™ team to build new features that drive user growth, engagement and enhance the overall user experience.

You will tackle complex problems, create scalable solutions, and deliver high-quality code that makes car maintenance easier and more affordable for customers. You’ll contribute across the entire product stack and help ensure the integrity of our codebase while driving activation and conversion.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team that helps us go from 5M to 50M customers and disrupt a $2T market while driving innovation at scale.

Tackle convoluted problems and coming up with clean, stable solutions that scale

Build and improve features that make car maintenance and repair easier and more affordable for customers

Exploring ways to boost activation with Garage features

Contribute across the entire product stack, as well as collectively oversee the integrity of the codebase

🚀 Requirements

4+ years of full-time software development experience

Proficient with modern web application development with knowledge of the Javascript ecosystems and open source web frameworks (React, NodeJS, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Redshift, Redis, Kubernetes)

Strong software development fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, etc.)

Solid understanding of performance implications and scalability of code

Keenness for writing good, meaningful tests and maintaining thorough test coverage

Great attention to detail and actively embrace the pursuit of excellence, resulting in high quality products

Genuine passion for designing and implementing elegant software solutions

You are known for shipping products and features lightning-fast

Startup experience at a high-growth company (nice to have)
