Senior Full Stack Engineer (Java, Spring Boot, Angular)

Fidelity Institutional Technology (FI) is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a squad, and work on emerging Managed & Advisory suite of applications. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated and able to work in a very fast paced environment. Your role as a Software Engineer will be applying your strong software development skills within a team to produce high-quality, testable, and reliably deployed code for sophisticated products and components. We want you to be motivated by having the autonomy to build and craft extraordinary solutions among a robust engineering team that will support your growth and development.  

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information System, or a related field.

Exemplary collaboration skills working with product owners, business-analyst, software architects, software engineers and quality engineers.

5+ years of hands-on full stack software development experience with building and maintaining enterprise web and middle-tier internet facing web applications using Angular and core Java with Springboot.

Experience designing and developing RESTful services using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Swagger, Docker, XML, YAML, JSON, etc.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS cloud deployment/application management.

Experience with building and maintaining unit tests and test automation libraries/strategies.

Experience building and deploying applications using continuous integration pipelines and automated deployment tools such as Jenkins.

Experience using source control and pull requests for collaborative development in code repository tools such as GitHub.

Experience with monitoring tools (DataDog, Prometheus, Splunk)

Experience working in an Agile Scrum development environment.

Bonus points for Managed Accounts experience.
