The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level software using .NET, Angular, OpenShift, and SQL. + Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications for retail banking servicing. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features. + Optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability. + Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications. + Manage containerized applications using OpenShift and ensure smooth deployment pipelines. + Write complex SQL queries and optimize database performance. + Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and mentor junior engineers. + Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack. + Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the tech stack. **Tech Stack:** + .NET + Angular + OpenShift + SQL + GIT + Jira **Education and Experience Required:** Minimum of an Associate’s degree and 6 years’ systems analysis/application development experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 6 years’ systems analysis/application development experience Proven experience with .NET + Angular **Education and Experience Preferred:** Good understanding of the Bank’s application framework M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees.
