Job responsibilities Build and evolve fullstack applications using C#.NET and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or similar). Work in collaborative, cross-functional teams to design innovative digital products. Use continuous delivery practices to ship high-quality software early and often. Create scalable distributed systems, leveraging microservices architecture when appropriate. Apply best practices from Thoughtworks’ Tech Radar to solve client challenges with the latest technologies. Implement DevOps tools and practices to automate build, test, and deployment pipelines. Lead or contribute throughout the full software delivery lifecycle — from ideation through production. Mentor and support less-experienced team members, growing your team’s technical capabilities. Job qualifications Technical Skills Strong experience developing with C#.NET — backend services, APIs, and system integrations. Solid experience building frontend applications with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or similar). Ability to write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code following Object-Oriented principles. Comfort working with cloud platforms, especially AWS. Exposure to Agile methodologies like XP, Scrum, or Kanban. A continuous learning mindset and an eagerness to stay current with new technologies and practices. Professional Skills You genuinely enjoy interacting with teammates from across the business and have a knack for communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences. You love creating robust, scalable, flexible, and relevant solutions that help transform businesses and industries. You're comfortable partnering directly with infrastructure technicians, support and network analysts, security analysts, system administrators, and/or IT managers to design technical strategies while simultaneously collaborating with senior IT groups in an advisory capacity.
