As a Senior Functional Analyst specializing in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining a global HR system landscape, driving the transition to sustainable energy solutions.

Role Overview

Analyze and improve business processes related to HR, aligned with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors best practices. Manage and test system configurations, updates, and new implementations. Provide expert-level guidance on SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central. Act as a subject matter expert within the applications team, leading internal knowledge sharing. Collaborate with internal IT, HR teams, and external AMS partners. Maintain documentation, specifications, and reporting tools for HR functions.

Skills & Qualifications

Cloud Profiler: Proficient in cloud profiling techniques. HR Systems: Strong understanding of HR systems and processes. SAP: Extensive experience with SAP systems, particularly SuccessFactors. SAP SuccessFactors: In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, and Performance & Goals. SAP Workzone: Familiarity with SAP Workzone is a plus. Communication: Excellent communication skills in French and English.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, IT, or a related field. Experience: 7–10 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations, especially Employee Central. Leadership: Experience leading small IT teams or acting as team lead on SF implementation projects.
