Campaigns Marketing Manager – MEA
Location: Remote-based in MEA, with occasional travel across the region
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Purpose of the Role:
As Campaigns Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving dynamic, customer-focused marketing campaigns that elevate brand awareness, engage educators and students, and contribute to sales growth across MEA. You’ll lead the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns, blending creative storytelling with data-driven insights to deliver measurable impact and ensure that our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
This role is ideal for a motivated marketing professional eager to create impactful campaigns from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for crafting campaigns that resonate deeply with both educators and students, ensuring our brand speaks directly to their needs. By combining online and offline marketing tactics, you’ll drive meaningful engagement and foster the adoption of our products and services. A key part of your success will be optimizing our eCommerce presence, refining digital touchpoints, and leveraging customer insights to stay ahead of market trends.
As a key team member, you’ll play a central role in shaping our future growth in MEA, collaborating across teams to deliver campaigns that not only capture attention but also build lasting relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize full funnel B2B and D2C marketing campaigns that align with commercial objectives and regional priorities. Lead the development and execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, collaborating closely with sales to identify and target high-value accounts and ensuring content and messaging are tailored to the needs of each account. Be our local sales team champion, Creating or localising global sales toolkit and taking the lead of team training and local case study development. Visit key customers as necessary. Ecommerce Marketing: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance and optimize our regional eCommerce presence, focusing on improving the customer journey, boosting online conversions, and driving sales growth. Lead initiatives to refine and expand our eCommerce strategy, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals and customer needs. Partner with the sales team on customer presentations to build awareness of why institution should choose Pearson as their total solution providers.
Digital & Social Media Marketing: Devise, manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid social, PPC, SEO, and email marketing, ensuring best practices, strong targeting, and maximum ROI. Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize and refine digital marketing efforts for greater impact. Content Creation & Localization: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create compelling content and creative assets tailored to regional audiences. Performance Reporting: Regularly track and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to improve future initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as s key regional marketing contact, aligning with central functions and local sales teams to align campaigns with business priorities.
Skills & Competencies:
5-8 years’ of experience in global/international marketing Proven experience in campaign planning and execution, particularly in a multi-channel marketing environment. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and performance metrics. Creative thinker with excellent copy writing skills to develop compelling campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills to track performance and make data-driven recommendations. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Graphic design or video editing skills are desired but not essential. An effective influencer across all levels of the organisation. Track record of developing and optimising campaigns, with a deep understanding on the country landscape. Good understanding of local consumer and customer and what it will take to ensure they choose Pearson. Experience in working on promo campaigns across different channels Marketing communications expertise and excellent copywriting skills, both in first language and English Excellent communication and presentation skills Enthusiastic, passionate, and creative; thrives on thinking outside of the box to create new best-in-class experiences Action-oriented with a “roll up your sleeves approach” Local language fluency needed in a minimum of 1 x regional language: multiple regional languages would be advantageous. Evident fluency in English Language, being confident in speaking, reading and writing communication. Travel readiness for up to 20% of time in the region.
