What this job involves:
In this role, you will support our German Leasing Hub team and play a crucial part in creating high-quality pitches and sales presentations, supporting our business development efforts.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Engage with local brokers and other business lines to ensure seamless communication and enhance team efficiency (schedule, protocol & follow up on appointments)
Provide appropriate structural solutions with minimal direction
Create visually appealing and impactful presentations and digital sales materials to effectively convey messages to clients and stakeholders (Corporate Design PowerPoint, Journeys etc.)
Manage the completion of RFP submissions (up to 80% complete depending on complexity). End to end project management across the entire pitch lifecycle
Conduct research (market, client, sector etc.) and gather relevant market information to support the development of compelling content
Identify unique questions and responses in completed pitches, and update baselines with new content
Support on the management of bid repository for best-in-class materials. Develop, own, and continuously improve materials on the platform, ensuring all content is accurate and current
Creation of pitch-relevant materials e.g. maps, depictions of longlists, JLL tools
Conduct proofreading and consistency checks
Support effective content organization (best practice, standard & winning slides for brokers)
Support resource management within the team (advance filing system and ensure updating)
Required Skills and Experience:
We are seeking a highly self-motivated and meticulous individual, that:
Bachelor's degree in real estate/business economist, project management, media design or equivalent experience
2 to 4 years of relevant experience
Fluent in German and English to understand the strategy, audience and objectives
Ability to comprehend complex concepts, work analytical and precise
Strong work ethics, resourcefulness, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects under deadlines
Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback
Quick learner in new tools and processes
Strong team-oriented attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Excellent communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional team
Superior understanding of graphic design principles & stay updated on visual design trends and standards
Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, with a basic understanding of media design
