This role can be done in a hybrid working model. 

Your role:

This role oversees and optimizes the end-to-end Intercompany Accounting process, focusing on replenishment, drop shipments, and related variants. It drives global process improvement, standardization, and automation in collaboration with innovation, analytics, and business stakeholders. Additionally, it develops key capabilities to support company strategy and transformation initiatives.

Directly manage the business process Optimization and Reconciliation Process, transformation intiiatives and strategic & critical relevant programs such as ERP. Continuously assess and enhance the end to end  process for Intercompany Accounting (trade), identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements. Implement and support resource planning.

You will define, design, architect and implement a global relevant E2E process blueprint, own and drive the relevant strategic initiatives and work hand in hand with the respective delivery teams and its lead.

 

Who you are:

Proven experience (5+ years) in an leading accounting expert role in a big multinational organization and/or Shared Services / GBS organizationsStrong insight in general accounting and R2R processes with dedicated focus on Intercompany Accounting with specific capabilities around IC service cross charging.Deep knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and relevant regulations (IFRS, local GAAP). Experience in business process design, preferably in an S/4 environment as well as in process automation and implementing R2R technology solutions (e.g., ERP customization, robotic automation). Track record of leading multi-year process improvement programs in standardization, automation, and policy changes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, innovation-driven mindset, and ability to identify technology solutions to close process gaps. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, auditors, and external partners. Demonstrated ability to enforce discipline and process orientation in large, complex organizations.
