Senior Global Compensation Analyst

What You’ll Do:

Support the ongoing assessment and optimization of all global compensation strategies for Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo and Versace.Administer the equity program including processing new grants and maintaining grant files and approvalsMaintain bonus accrual files for corporate bonuses and partner with finance to update expected attainment and coordinate year-end payment with financeProcess and distribute Target Agreement Forms for corporate bonus plansParticipate in the administration of the annual merit and variable pay plan processComplete annual salary survey submissions globally and analyze survey resultsConduct competitive pay benchmarking analyses and financial modelingPerform statistical analysis, data modeling and costing of global total rewards programsPrepare charts and graphs for presentations regarding compensation, benefits, and HR analytics initiatives

You’ll Need to Have:

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, ideally with an emphasis in finance, mathematics or computer science3 years of compensation experience requiredExperience having gone through at least one merit cycleExpert proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required (Excel test will be given)Experience using an HRIS system; Workday preferred

Compensation Range: 

$75,000.00-$100,000.00
