Senior Global eCommerce Manager
You will own driving online revenue enablement for key businesses and regions across our global digital ecosystem supporting our Health Systems portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy and plan for key business portfolios and audiences. Your scope includes the end-to-end online purchase journey and working across marketing and sales functions including supply chain and customer services using CRM, eStore/Portals, Electronic Data Interfaces (EDI), and 3rd Party Platforms to drive digital sales. Your core priority is ensuring we meet our online sales targets via our Philips eCommerce ecosystem.
Your role:
You own supporting Businesses across our Regions to bring eCommerce plans to fruition, you excel at driving last mile execution and scaling online order intake and revenue.Develops the strategy and plan in partnership with regional teams for key business lines of our Health Systems portfolio and executes that plan to drive online orders and revenue. Utilizes our online Store and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) channels in eCommerce plan development and engages with our partner channels.Works with Digital campaign activation teams to develop and integrate digital programs (organic and paid) across the customer journey to support achievement of online sales activities and objectives. Builds a comprehensive strategy for driving penetration (customer onboarding) and preference (utilization of online store and EDI). Engages Operations to handle customer issues by order desk for online orders from store and EDI.Partners with creative teams and content teams to build-out and optimize design and content to have a best-in-class eStore experience for our customers. Collaborates closely with Supply Chain to ensure campaign programs and product forecasts enable a desired customer experience on the online store.Supports Sales and Business Managers in their execution of their sales strategies and plans. Serves as the key point of contact for all direct online topics for internal (sales, marketing, customer services, operations, and IT) and external partners (search, affiliate, and marketing agencies).Be part of a team to establish and drive a regular cadence of reviewing key performance metrics versus target and identification of root causes and actions needed to drive continuous improvement.Identifies and scales best practices for Philips eCommerce, globally. Identifies new business development opportunities proof of concept testing within the direct online space to consistently grow business for maximum value realization.You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 7+ years of experience in eCommerce/Digital Marketing/Marketing/Sales Operations or similar roles. Strong Healthcare technology marketing experience is a plus along with omni-channel and Digital marketing experience.Your skills include the ability to engage and influence marketing and sales leadership teams to gather buy-in and support an eCommerce strategy and program to deliver objectives; understanding of how to gather insights from performance data and develop recommendations to drive measurable improvement in results. You have a strong track record delivering on online sales targets; experience managing an online store front and Amazon experience a plus. You possess direct experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g. SAP Commerce Coud, Commercetools, Spryker)You have a Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred; preferably in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.You also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated success delivering projects on time and within budget; high attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving, learning, and educating others.How we work together

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $135,000 to $216,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
