OLA consists of approx. 500 employeeslocatedacross Denmark, USA, UK,Chinaand Singapore. OLA is a full-service agency servicing the internal business partners in the LEGO Company with all sorts of communication solutions. Our work spans broadly from communication strategies and concepts to development of Design and visual identity, packaging, product, and campaign related assets of all kinds. The Global Project Managers run the full project from brief to delivery and follow-up in the agency, i.e., “making it happen inside Our LEGO Agency”.Thisdonein closecollaborationthe Global Communication Partner, who is “making it happen outside Our LEGO Agency”. With a strong background in **marketing economics** , this individual willbe responsible forguiding cross-functional teams, making strategic decisions, and ensuring project excellence frominceptionto completion **Educational Background:** + A"equivalent experience" in Marketing Economics,orBusinessAdministrationor a related field. + Equivalent working experience will also be considered. **Leadership Experience:** + A minimum of 5 years of validated leadership experience, showcasing a strong background in guiding and leading teams effectively. **Creative Agency Expertise:** + Demonstrated ability in project management and operations within a creative agency environment,demonstratinga deep understanding of the industry. **Project Management Skills:** + Extensive experience in structuring, implementing, and leading a portfolio of sophisticated projects within a matrix organization. **Agile Methodologies:** + Solid understanding and practical experience with agile methodologies, including sprints and SCRUM. + Proficiencyin using digital tools such as Miro tofacilitateagile processes and collaboration. **Additional Qualifications:** + A relentless aim to advance both the work and the development of team members. + A foundational understanding of communication development. + Availability to work from the Billund office.
