Duties and Responsibilities
+ Work closely with the hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of the needs of the position and develop/execute effective recruitment plans for each requisition.
+ Prepare and procure approvals for job requisitions and offers; coordinate with HR team to procure job leveling and compensation data.
+ Use a combination of job advertisements, social networking resources, and creative techniques to source candidates.
+ Manage assigned requisitions and candidates.
+ Perform paper/phone screens
+ Requests interview arrangements and provides pre-interview forms to candidates and interviewers.
+ Process background check requests.
+ Participate in the offer process from pre-close to offer acceptance.
+ Document paper trail for SOX and other compliance requirements.
+ Create, generate and review staffing reports.
+ Administer the IT recruitment software's applicant tracking and onboard modules.
+ Participate in the recruitment process automation projects.
+ Train team members and hiring managers of recruitment processes as required.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, behavioral science or equivalent field
+ 10 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced tech environment
+ Some years of people management experience
+ Strong sourcing skills
+ Working knowledge of international HR laws and regulations, labor law and compliance
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Excellent skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
+ Excellent English command
+ Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask
+ Excellent attention to detail
+ Able to work independently and as a team member
