**Description** Applied Research Solutions is seeking a full-time Go Developer to support our Cloud Services team. Responsibilities include: + Design, develop, and test backend services using Go to integrate and orchestrate cloud APIs + Set up, monitor, and run services in a cloud environment, ensuring continuous integration and deployment of code + Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring high-quality deliverables + Assist the service desk in resolving issues with the backend services + Develop DevSecOps tools and methodologies as necessary to construct an automated and secure DevSecOps pipeline + Develop DevSecOps monitoring and reporting capabilities to allow developers, testers and stakeholders to observe the availability and performance of the system + Contribute to team meetings, code reviews, and architectural discussions + Other duties as assigned Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements: + Must be a US Citizen + Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance + 2+ years of experience developing using Go (Golang) + 10+ years of experience developing and compiling code + 2+ years of experience with Docker and container-based technologies + 2+ years of experience with major cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) and their APIs + Strong foundation in Linux and virtual machines + Strong foundation in containers, algorithms, and software application design + Leadership and management experience + Excellent people and project management skills + Strong communication skills All positions at Applied Research Solutions are subject to background investigations.
