**Job Description**
BAE Systems, Electronics Systems is seeking a Senior Graphic App Designer to join our US Defense Engineering Development department. This role will primarily support video production and eLearning development, as well as web page development for Engineering s websites and other special projects and activities related to the development of our engineering workforce. The Engineering Development Department works collaboratively across Engineering in the Electronic Systems Sector US based locations. Our team promotes and elevates the competency level of our sector engineering staff. This position is based in Hudson, NH.
**What You ll Do:**
Video:
Planning and setting up of video shoots using MediaSite alone or in conjunction with MS Teams as well as video cameras and video editing using (name of software)
+ Support videotaping of Engineering Development s training offerings, coordinating with the Engineering Training Administrator and supporting class instructors during sessions
+ Communicate effectively with internal clients and be adaptable to changing project needs
+ Operate cameras to capture high-quality video footage, managing all lighting and audio
+ Edit footage into finished videos, using B-roll footage where applicable
+ Import and organize footage to MediaSite video server
+ Collaborate with creative teams in our Communications organization as needed
+ Provide links to finished products to Engineering Training Manager and Engineering Training Administrator for publication
+ Develop and maintain a relationship with the information technology representatives that support the MediaSite infrastructure.
+ Maintain MediaSite equipment and the server software in collaboration with our IT department
+ Stay updated with industry video technology and trends
E-Learning:
Using course authoring software tools such as Storyline 360, Articulate and/or Captivate:
+ Assist with converting course storyboards into eLearning courses
+ Format course content including text, graphics, and video for best learner experience
+ Implement interactivity in the authoring tool
+ Generate and manage audio in eLearning courses including AI voices
+ Test courses with close attention to detail
+ Update existing courses with changes identified by customers
+ Assist with or prepare courses for approvals and posting in the company learning management system
+ Document changes and lessons learned
Web (internal websites and customers):
Using Sharepoint to design, build and maintain Engineering s websites and web applications:
+ Make updates to existing web pages and sites
+ Create and update web-based surveys
+ Assist with or develop webpages, websites, or web-based tools with focus on user experience
+ Troubleshoot web-related issues
+ Collect web analytics/metrics
+ Assist with web reviews including archiving
+ Interface with customers regarding web requests
+ Provide advice and guidance to customers who manage their own web content
+ Collaborate/share ideas with others who manage websites or intranet environments
+ Document changes and lessons learned
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience, or Associate degree and 4-8 years of experience
+ Knowledge and experience with Storyline 360, Articulate and/or Captivate, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere
+ Excellent skills in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
+ Exceptional visual communication skills
+ Attention to detail
+ Ability to work multiple projects simultaneously, under deadline pressure with fast turnarounds
+ Customer minded approach to creating visuals by being receptive to multiple rounds of edits and incorporating feedback in a timely and professional manner.
+ Experience working under brand guidelines.
+ Experience with and the ability to collaborate and coordinate with individuals and teams at all levels, including senior-level executives.
+ Ability to identify and implement visual design elements to improve readability, accessibility, and understanding.
+ Ability to quickly learn new skills, new products or technical knowledge; stay current on new trends, ideas, technologies.
+ Ability to maintain a predictable work schedule with occasional flexibility for evening or weekend work to support events, as needed.
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
