Senior Graphic Design Specialist @Mercer

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Ecommerce team at Mercer. This role will be based in Cluj-Napoca. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As Senior Graphic Design Specialist you will be responsible for leading the visual design of websites, ensuring brand consistency across all digital platforms, managing design projects from concept to completion, mentoring junior designers, and staying abreast of industry trends to deliver innovative, accessible, responsive, and user-friendly web experiences.


We will count on you to:

Meet deadlines and collaborate with teams across functions (business, development, marketing);

Review junior designer work to ensure high quality;

Maintain brand consistency throughout our online platforms;

Stay up to date with industry developments and tools;

Use analytics and heatmaps to evaluate user behavior and recommend optimal designs;

What you need to have:

4+ years work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role;

Degree in design or visual arts with a minimum of five years working experience;

Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including mockup tools (e.g. UxPin or Figma);

Proficient in CSS, JavaScript, HTML, and content management systems;

Proficient with designing across multiple platforms -- desktop and mobile;
