General Description: A Senior Graphic Designer is passionate and driven, skilled in using visual elements like images, typography, and layout to create eye-catching and impactful designs for different purposes. They'll work closely with content writers, web developers, customer success staff, and the Design Team Lead to come up with ideas, design materials, and make sure the end product matches the intended message and brand identity. Work Arrangement: 12:00 AM to 9 AM; Onsite Setup Office Location: 8F Skyrise 4B, Cebu IT Park, Cebu City   Responsibilities: + Design Creation: Produce high-quality, visually engaging designs for a variety of media, including print and digital. + Typography: Select and manipulate fonts to enhance the readability and aesthetics of the design. + Image Editing: Edit and manipulate images to improve their quality and relevance within the design. + Layout Design: Organize and structure elements on a page or screen to create balanced and visually pleasing compositions. + Software Proficiency: Utilize design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create designs and artwork. + Client Success Team Collaboration: Work closely with the client success team to understand project requirements, provide design solutions, and incorporate feedback. + File Preparation: Prepare design files for production, ensuring they meet the required specifications for printing, web, or other media. + Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs adhere to the brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various platforms. + Passionate about the elevation of design, researching current and upcoming trends. Providing quarterly analysis on how to implement these updates into standard workflows.
