Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will lead the visual direction of key projects, and create compelling designs that align with our brand strategy and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the conceptualization and execution of design projects across multiple platforms including digital, print, and social mediaCollaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual solutionsCreate and maintain design systems, style guides, and asset libraries including brand standardsPresent design concepts to stakeholders and articulate creative decisionsStay current with design trends, tools, and best practicesOptimize workflows and implement processes to improve team efficiencyRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field5+ years of professional experience in graphic designExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Proficient in Microsoft office suite for general business purposes and creating templatesStrong portfolio demonstrating versatility across different media and project typesExcellence in typography, color theory, and layout designStrong project management and organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications
Experience with motion graphics and video editingKnowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principlesFamiliarity with prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)Experience working in an agile environmentBackground in branding and identity designUnderstanding of accessibility standards in design
