ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a looking for a creative and innovative person to join our Cotton On team as a Senior Graphic Designer with a focus Menswear on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will help deliver on products that our customers love and which reflect current trends in a fun and exciting way. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to interpret direction and be able to translate ideas into commercially-driven design solutions. You will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, to design graphics and textile prints that align with our brand DNA. We are looking for someone who has experience working with yardage and who can work alongside our Trend team to deliver on worldwide fashion trends. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

•    Degree / qualification in a relevant field i.e. Graphic Design, Textiles etc.
•    Demonstrated experience in a similar Senior Graphic Designer role
•    Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and MS Excel
•    Proven ability in interpreting briefs and translating ideas into designs
•    Confident liaising with key stakeholders and suppliers
•    Ability to problem solve, take initiative and deliver on expectations and deadlines
•    Excellent interpersonal skills as well as experience leading and coaching a team
•    Strong planning, organisational and time management skills
