Senior Group Accounting Manager (m/f/d)

We're looking for a motivated and driven Senior Group Accounting Manager (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual intercompany closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate intercompany invoicing and reconciliation of intercompany accounts. Manage and centralize end-to-end Intercompany processes across the group, aiming for enhanced efficiency, standardization, and compliance across all entities and building up Intercompany Centre of Excellence for Flix. Drive automation, increase efficiency, and support integration of new Flix entities into the group's intercompany framework, ensuring smooth processes. Analyze and resolve complex intercompany transactions, providing clear documentation and adhering to regulatory and transfer pricing standards. Develop and apply best practices for intercompany reporting and documentation to enhance audit readiness, facilitate external audits by providing detailed intercompany analyses. Continuously monitor and enhance internal controls and risk management for intercompany operations. Collaborate closely with Tax, Transfer Pricing, Controlling, Local Accounting, HR, and other key departments to align and integrate intercompany activities seamlessly. Your Profile – Ready to hop on board Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance; At least 5 years of experience in Accounting in a multinational environment; Solid Accounting knowledge (GL, AR, AP, Cash Management); Expertise in automation technologies and experience driving digital transformation in accounting processes (ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, etc.); Advanced analytical skills and the ability to handle complex problems; High proficiency in Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle); Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Fluent English, any other language is an advantage.
