A bit about the job:
As a Senior Internal Communications Manager at Aviva, you’ll be at the heart of our Internal Communications team, helping colleagues connect to our purpose, values, and strategic priorities. You’ll create and deliver insight-led, outcome-focused communications and campaigns that inspire and engage our people.
In this role, you’ll work across teams, build strong relationships with senior leaders, and drive maximum employee engagement – especially for those in customer-facing roles. You’ll also play a key role in supporting leadership visibility and engagement while ensuring that all communications align with Aviva’s strategic goals.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Extensive internal communications experience, ideally across multiple sectors.
Creative and strategic thinker, full of ideas and able to execute them effectively.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Collaborative team player, with a high EQ and a positive, can-do attitude.
What you’ll get for this role:
Salary – Up to £90,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary, actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s
