Job DescriptionRole: Leading a team managing documentation related to logistics and supply chain operations (logistics EDI documents) to support Order Fulfilment, Revenue Assurance and Transportation for an Australian 3PL
Experience: 10+ Year experience in leading 3PL or 4PL Transport and Logistics Operations
Domain Knowledge Preferred:
Experience with Transport and Logistics domain covering Road and Sea Freight as a 3PL or 4PLExposure to 3PL or 4PL on Retail and Last mile delivery (eCommerce), Courier and Parcel, Road Freight, Pallet services, FTL & LTL
Key Responsibilities (What you will do):
Manage client relationship and expectations W.R.T. EDI documentationBuild a strong working relationship with clientsBuild and present Monthly and Quarterly Business ReviewAddress escalations with RCA and implementation of Corrective Action PlansManage a team of supervisors and production staff that handle all EDI documentationDrive a Continuous Improvement culture within the business leading to year on year productivity improvement of staff by way of elimination of NVA or automationBecome an expert at the processEvaluate SOP and optimize process and proceduresWork with multiple functions like Training, Quality, Transformation to ensure operations meets its contractual commitmentsLead on-boarding of new work and activities through an efficient transition methodologyManage attrition within acceptable threshold and hire staff as and when required- Voice of Customer (VOC) and NPS scoresAccount P&L goalsQualificationsGraduate
