Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goalsEvaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performanceIdentifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessmentsDeveloping and delivering training solutions that meet business needsOptimizing training processes for efficiencySelecting and managing resources, including working with internal employees to develop and deliver trainingManaging the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver trainingRequirements:
Knowledge of learning and development best practicesA proven track record of training program development and managementExcellent leadership skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAt least a bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, or a related disciplineHands on experience of using tools such as Articulate, Epiplex, Canva, VisioWorking knowledge & experience of GDS (Sabre/Amadeus/Travelport, Apollo- any two)Experience of travel training of minimum 5 years QualificationsTravel experience
