Review and approve the sampling strategy that suits the business requirementDecide on the Calibration Process and variance targetReview and approve the Quality Standard DocumentAssist the Operations Team up of customer compliant & resolution process for the teams. (Not applicable for some teams)Ensure that the Quality Process adheres to the Quality StandardRegular Performance Review of QA/AM/DMConduct skip level meetings with the advisors and QA’sAttend Learning Academy Training and BPET Training roadmap for self developmentComplete the Green Belt certification and role roadmapDrive high impacting six sigma and Lean ProjectsMentor team members to improve performance and behaviorUnderstand VOC/VOE and implement actions to improve the performance on themParticipate in WNS BPET initiativesAchieve QNS target through Quality InitiativesRegular interaction with clients and maintain good relationshipMentor Yellow Belt & White Belt projects in the teamDeploy standard Quality FrameworkInitiate and mentor vertical level initiativeAssist the Operations team during migration in terms of base lining and QA identificationSkills required:
