The opportunity:
Due to continued growth, a fantastic opportunity now exists for a Senior Group Superannuation Administration Specialist to join our Group Administration team at AIA.
As a Senior Group Superannuation Administration Specialist, you will provide effective administration support for our group insurance partners, centred on delivering an uplift in customer and employee experience. You will work with our outsourcing partners to drive efficiencies and successfully deliver on projects and initiatives.
This is a 12-month max term opportunity based in Melbourne or Sydney.
To do this successfully you will:
Responsible for end-to-end administration and operational activities to support AIA Australia’s group administration partners
Represent Group Administration from a superannuation perspective as an SME/stakeholder on projects and/or initiatives
Maintain a strong understanding of relevant superannuation regulation
Deliver reporting and insights for AIA and its superannuation partners
Manage key relationships between AIA and our Admin Outsourcing Partner
Champion customer focus so that the customer is always front of mind in the way things are done across AIA
Successful applications will demonstrate:
Experience working in a Senior Administration or Specialist role gained from a Superannuation Fund or their Administrators
Experience working in the life insurance industry will also be highly regarded
Strong relationship management skills and the ability to partner with a variety of stakeholders
Excellent knowledge of drivers for delivering great customer service and change management
Ability to maintain high attention to detail whilst working in a complex and fast paced environment
