Leads and improves analytical programs and presents the results of the business unit/category/region leaders. Analyzes the variable granular data of the business and regularly uses advanced models to deliver business insights across diverse business domains. With a combination of analytical expertise, data and system knowledge, and business insight, answers and anticipates critical business questions and opportunities and delivers insights to the business in ways that make significant impacts. Demonstrates use of data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Excel), and analytic tools (Python, R, SQL, KNIME/Alteryx) to grasp the business insights from mountains of data. Collaborates with multifunctional teams (Marketing, Finance, IT, Sales) to improve key business priorities based on data-driven insights.
Job Qualifications
2-3+ years of experience in the Consumer Goods space in A&I function.Data Strategy, Management and Visualization: Identifying the relevant data sources needed to improve forecast accuracy and make decisions. Inspecting, cleansing, integrating, and modeling multiple data sets. Analyzing and creating clear graphs/visuals that bring insights to life and make recommendations clearStrong collaboration, communication and building partnerships is a top priority for this role as they will be coordinating with SF HQ and Personal Care A&I team, R&D etc.Knowledge and experience working with Retailers (understanding DPSM, Pipelines etc) will be a bonusKnowledge and experience working on Media Planning (especially Reach based) will be a bonusJob Schedule
