Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Google Career Certificates
Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 9 years of experience in growth marketing, performing marketing, measurement and attribution (e.g., offline measurement, marketing mix modeling, different attribution models). + Experience with Advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform) and SQL, databases, automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating standard reports), and data visualization. + Experience developing or driving A/B testing mapped to business impact. + Experience managing cross-functionally with stakeholders and teams. Preferred qualifications: + Experience developing relationships and working collaboratively with multiple cross-functional partners. + Experience managing projects informing growth strategy, roadmap, prioritization, etc. + Ability to work independently and manage agency partners. + Ability to analyze large datasets, distill analysis into actionable insights, and present them in a logical story to visualize business opportunities. + Excellent process and project management skills.
