About this roleThe Senior GTM Analyst, Marketing will play a pivotal role in supporting our Marketing and Sales teams to accelerate pipeline generation and revenue growth for our organization. The individual in this position is responsible for analyzing data and summarizing insights through cross-organization collaboration. This role will track Marketing success KPIs and metrics, and inform initiatives across GTM functions for Udemy Business.
What you'll be doingStrategic Support:
Assist in the development and execution of GTM strategies to support Marketing and Sales teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess alignment of marketing processes, workflows, and technology.Operational Excellence:
Develop, implement, and optimize marketing processes and data management to enhance operational efficiency. Establish and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and events, supporting the rhythm of the business through regular cadence reporting.Pipeline Generation and Revenue Growth:
Monitor marketing campaign performance from lead generation to conversion, tracking and analyzing relevant metrics to provide actionable insights. Conduct monthly and quarterly analysis of customer engagement and retention across all segments, tracking and reporting on key metrics.Analytical Support and Proactive Insights:
Evaluate marketing performance, diagnose root causes, and provide proactive data-driven insights to Udemy Business stakeholders. Make recommendations to increase the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness, actively reviewing and identifying leading and lagging indicators.Cross-functional Collaboration:
Act as a trusted thought partner to a range of cross-functional stakeholders, including but not limited to Marketing and Sales operations. Work closely with GTM and Revenue Ops teams to ensure alignment of marketing priorities and initiatives to sales goals.What you’ll have 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, GTM strategy, or a related role. Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with SQL or other data querying languages such as Python. Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Fluency in English.
