We’re looking for a Senior GTM Product Manager to join our Blume Business Solutions team in Bradford (BD4).
We are seeking a Senior Go-To-Market Product Manager to join our Central Transformation team. In this role, you will help shape our strategy for bringing innovative products to market, whether through SaaS or client deployment. Our products are designed to meet customer needs by offering highly automated, accurate, and cost-effective solutions that revolutionise the industries we serve.
As a GTM Product Manager, you will report to the VP of Transformation and lead our approach to product go-to-market strategies. You will collaborate with the BBS leadership team to define and execute strategies for market entry, optimising product fit, enhancing design, and effectively marketing our solutions to achieve maximum impact. Your responsibilities will include market assessment, understanding customer and market demand, prioritising features for deployment, and determining the best routes to market for our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritise customer requirements, define the product vision, and oversee the development and launch of new products. Additionally, you will measure and analyse product performance, making necessary adjustments to the product roadmap.
Our Growth Strategy:
A key component of our 2025 growth strategy is to establish a strong presence in the US market, the largest consumer of GBS services globally, with an annual spend of approximately $115 billion out of a $350 billion global market, and a projected CAGR of 9.4%. Currently, BBS serves around 14 customers across the UK and EU, spanning 8 countries and 5 languages, all managed from Bradford, UK. Our parent company, LG Group, has a corporate office in Denver, Colorado, which will serve as the launchpad for BBS's entry into the US market.
What will you be doing?
Conduct market research, user studies, and competitor analysis to identify market needs and product opportunities. Evaluate consumption trends, usability, model volumes, and potential restrictions or exceptions.Develop and maintain the product Go-To-Market roadmap in alignment with the company's strategic goals, collaborating with the Product Management team.Work with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, design, marketing, sales, commercial, and operations, to shape key product features.Drive product launches by working closely with marketing, sales, and operational teams to ensure successful execution and adoption.Analyse product performance, user feedback, and market trends to continually iterate and improve the product.Ensure the underlying commercial aspects of each product remain optimal.Utilise data-driven insights to ensure efficient and optimal product delivery.Support the Product Delivery roadmap, ensuring adherence to time, cost, and quality measures.Collaborate with the product team to agree on resource allocation for the delivery of the product roadmap.We tend to look for people with:
