As a member of our project teams, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to the customer, either leading or supporting the implementation of single or multiple HCM functional streams. Your experience and business acumen will be crucial factors in making our customers successful in the long-term, not only by implementing application solutions, but mostly by simplifying ways of operating and optimising decision-making processes. You will be a promoter of business focus, data-driven decision-making and AI usage in business.

About You

Basic Qualifications

3 years Consulting experience, either as an Internal Consultant or with a Consulting/Software Company

2 years experience in business analysis and requirements gathering (ability to understand and define real business challenges, to translate business language into application solutions)

Language skills: Fluent English (written and verbal)

Other Qualifications 

Ability and desire to learn technology quickly through a mix of different mediums

Relevant educational qualifications and/or experience implementing or supporting (HCM/Recruiting/Talent/Learning) solution

A detailed-driven problem solver, with a passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service Excellent collaboration skills inspiring Workmates and customers to achieve exceptional results and foster a culture of excellence

Outstanding organisational skills effectively driving work execution and success

Embracing innovation and is adapting to change

Passionate about long-term customer success

Resourceful and adaptable; you’ll be comfortable working hybrid, utilising a variety of tools with a high degree of autonomy



Our Approach to Flexible Work
 

With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
