The Boeing Company is looking for a **Senior Health Services Administrator** to join our team in **Renton, WA.**
The selected individual for this role will serve as a specialist on all matters related to the company’s Hearing Conservation Program (HCP). The successful candidate will be a self-starter, have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to form relationships throughout the enterprise.
**Position Responsibilities:**
Serve as Enterprise Hearing Conservation Program Administrator. Responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to:
+ Ensure program elements are compliant with regulatory standards
+ Collaborate with Enterprise Health & Safety (EHS) on all issues related to hearing conservation program, including meetings and annual review
+ Lead periodic update of HCP command media & audiometric training materials
+ Maintain HCP website
+ Analyze and manage HCP program elements, with a focus on continuous quality improvement
+ Assist in the development of metrics and standardized operational processes
+ Consult and partner with EHS, Legal, Learning & Development, and Operations regarding aspects of the program
+ Primary liaison and point of contact with mobile audiometric testing vendor
+ Train and support new Audiologists or Boeing providers
Administer Puget Sound audiometric testing program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Validate employees identified for participation in HCP
+ Coordinate testing schedule with vendor
+ Partner with Facilities to ensure testing locations provide for efficient employee movement and meet requirements for vendor testing vehicles
+ Schedule employees for audiometric testing in a manner that ensures program compliance; track compliance
+ Coordinate and schedule STS retesting
+ Validate successful data transfer between vendor and Boeing Health Services electronic medical record at completion of each testing event
+ Provide consultation to clinic staff and business partner focals on the Puget Sound HCP process
+ Facilitate information sharing and training for HCP OHE Web focals
+ Perform periodic quality checks of vendor services; quality of data / documentation and on-site audiometric testing. Coordinate results with vendor to ensure performance standards are met
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**
+ 1+ years of experience administering an organization’s compliance with Hearing Conservation
+ Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation (CAOHC) certification
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**
+ 3+ years of experience administering an organization’s compliance with Hearing Conservation

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $96,900 - $131,100
