The Senior Services Intern will support the Seniors Well-Being team by assisting with program planning projects, updating Seniors Club forms, Seniors Club productivity, and other Senior Services related tasks. This role offers hands-on experience, helping to build foundational skills for a career working to support the well-being of older adults. Projects that will be completed throughout the program include updating marketing materials for Senior Services and Program Planning for the years of 2025 and 2026. This summer internship is looking for a student that holds proficiency in Microsoft Office, communication, organization, attention to detail, and self-motivated.
The work schedule for this internship is Monday through Friday. Day Shift. Hours will be based on need during the regular work week on Monday-Friday, ranging from 8:00am to 5:00pm. This Summer Internship would best fit a student that has an area of study in Wellness, Community Health, Exercise Science, and other related programs. Must be current undergraduate college student or graduate college student. Specific educational focus or degree may be preferred depending on the hosting department of the internship. Specific license and/or certification may be preferred depending on the hosting department of the internship. GPA of 3.0 or above Submission of Cover Letter Resume and Letter of Recommendation.
