**Responsibilities & Qualifications**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Develop andmaintainan inventory of wireless communications equipment, ensuring availability and tracking for DOD agencies.
+ Manage wireless user requests, including activation, provisioning, deprovisioning, suspensions, terminations, and replacements of mobile devices.
+ Coordinate with DISA and commercial providers to fulfill classified and unclassified mobile service requests.
+ Deploy and provision mobile devices, ensuring proper setup, activation, and delivery across multiple locations, including Pentagon, Mark Center, and Hampton Roads Suffolk.
+ Troubleshoot mobile device issues, perform user training, set up accounts,modifyservice plans, and provide monthly cost analysis reports.
+ Monitor telecommunications events and outages, log incidents in TMS, and initiate incident resolution procedures.
+ Support the J6 Buy Back Program, ensuring the secure decommissioning and trade-in of outdated wireless devices.
+ Maintain a Wireless Mobile Data Archive, securely storing, transferring, and removing sensitive mobile device data in compliance with Government standards.
+ Perform cybersecurity compliance actions, ensuring that mobile devices meet DISA STIG and DODI 8500.01 security requirements.
+ Conduct manual security updates, vulnerability scanning, and lifecycle replacement planning for classified and unclassified mobile devices.
+ Support classified mobile device provisioning, including processing digital certificates, Secure Wireless device labeling, and tracking device usage.
+ Provide VIP priority response within two business hours, ensuring rapid support for critical mobile communications.
+ Manage the lifecycle of mobile devices, ensuringaccuratetracking, updates, and compliance with asset management policies.
+ Facilitate warranty repairs for mobile devices, coordinating with manufacturers and Government service providers.
+ Provide weekly and monthly analytics and performance reports, tracking wireless usage, cost trends, and optimization recommendations.
+ Participate in internal and external coordination meetings, ensuring effective synchronization of mobile service fulfillment efforts.
+ Plan and execute onboarding and lifecycle refresh of mobile devices, including user training, support process alignment, and procurement coordination.
+ Ensure compliance with Government KM plans,maintainingaccuratedocumentation and training materials for mobile device usage.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Experience:

+ Certifications:
+ CompTIA Security+ Education:
+ Associate’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Math, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
