Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hitachi Engineer to provide L3 level . The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Hitachi Storage Arrays (VSP, HCP, HUR, G-Series) and a strong background in storage replication, capacity planning, performance analysis, SAN switch management, and troubleshooting. This role requires a proactive professional who can ensure seamless operations, resolve complex technical issues, and maintain high service levels in a 24/7 environment.

Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L3 level supportfor Hitachi Storage Arrays (VSP, HCP, HUR, G-Series) in a SAN environment. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to storage replication, capacity planning, and performance analysis. Manage SAN switch configurationsand ensure optimal performance and connectivity. Review and resolve incidents/service requests from emails, phone calls, or non-automated ticketing systems. Perform queue management, ticket triage, and escalationto meet SLA guidelines. Execute tasks in Event Managementand follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Leverage automation toolsto perform low-risk, repetitive tasks with minimal human error. Handle site access requests, including GSC and DC access coordination, and manage communication channels (e.g., Skype calls). Generate basic ad-hoc reportsand maintain accurate documentation of activities.About us
