POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Host, Business Development is responsible to carry out all daily Signature Counter operations and Signature gaming floor hosting services. She / He acts as a front-line sales and customer service ambassador to ensure a high standard of guest relations is provided to all premium patrons in accordance with established service standards. Constantly strive to delight our guests; exceed their expectations through gracious, enthusiastic, and personalized service.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Locate, identify, and develop new/existing premium players
2. Cultivates relationship with existing players and increase loyalty by serving as a personal contact to premium players to ensure excellent customer service
3. Stations at designated areas to maintain excellent service and contribute to guest satisfaction by greeting all patrons and provide proactive service by anticipating and meeting their needs
4. Maintains full understanding and cross selling of all casino products, promotions, and resort facilities
5. Participates and assist in all casino events and promotions which are targeted to premium guests
6. Maintains and growth accurate database for management’s information and evaluation
7. Achieves client’s quotas / targets / goals as assigned by the Company
8. Assists premium members with all membership related transactions, enquiries, comps redemption and transport / accommodation / dining / show reservations.
9. Always maintains strict confidentiality of customer information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
I. Experience
1. Proven experience in VIP Services and/or Premium player fields
2. Experience in gaming marketing field and relevant experience in event and promotion field is an advantage
3. Knowledge in Philippines casino business model is an advantage
4. At least one-year experience in sales or customer service field, preferably in casino marketing is preferred
II. Education
1. Tertiary qualifications
2. Degree holder or above in Business Administration or marketing field is an advantage
III. Skills / Competencies
1. Computer literate
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
3. Multilingual or ability to converse in foreign language(s) will be an added advantage
4. Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
5. Able to interpret and extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
6. Able to analyze collected data in the report format
