You will be part of a global team, interacting with our customers and vendors in other regions (EMEA, Americas, APAC). Occasional international travel may occur.
You would also:
Implement and maintain patch management strategies, coordinating deployments with change management to secure server environments. Develop automation scripts and tools using PowerShell, Python, or other languages, and maintain custom solutions and integrations. Manage and optimize the HCL BigFix infrastructure, including developing custom components for specific needs. Document procedures, guidelines, and solutions while providing training and mentorship to support teams. Collaborate with the incident response team to identify and address vulnerabilities effectively.

We are looking for someone who has:
A strong understanding of server infrastructure, virtualization, operating systems, networking, and security, with hands-on experience in Windows and Linux environments. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Bash, with preferred experience in full-stack development, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and IaC tools. Experience in patch and vulnerability management, particularly with HCL BigFix, including familiarity with Relevance and Action Script.
