Job Purpose
Ensure guests receive courteous and efficient five-star service. Greet guests, increase customer numbers, make reservations and arrange table plans, and promote the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
• Schedule reservations in a clear and organised manner
• Approach resort guests and encourage customers to dine at the restaurant
• Be familiar with table numbers, table locations, and seating capacity of each table
• Manage the number of guest bookings and walk-ins and distribute guests evenly among tables to avoid overcrowding any section
• Proactively engage with Media and VIP guests
• Be familiar with Wynn service standard and Forbes service standard
• Act as a Mentor to provide training and coaching to Hostperson Team Member

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 year related Hostperson experience
Education: Secondary school diploma or above
Language Abilities: Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin; good English
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and POS software; knowledge of Micros an advantage
