We are seeking an experienced operations specialist to join our team. This is a hybrid/in office position based in our Fort Lauderdale office. Working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, as Senior Specialist, Hotel Supplies you’ll play a critical role in our overall inventory strategy and execution of our operational goals. You’ll work cross functionally to set the long-term strategic vision for the department and lead high priority, high visibility multi-departmental initiatives to support shipboard operations and execute our operational goals. You’ll communicate regularly with departmental leadership, monitoring and commenting on performance, reporting on current trends and opportunities from consumption and supply sides and recommending action to improve performance.

**Responsibilities**
+ Develop, distribute, support, enforce, and integrate inventory and supply best practices and standards across the organization.
+ Create and distribute reports to senior leadership on key strategic initiatives/products, as well as tactical reactions to changing conditions.
+ Monitor and sustain procurement programs, including conducting quarterly business reviews with key accommodation and technology suppliers, tracking and maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and monitoring inventory risk.
+ Utilize advanced analytical techniques to forecast market trends and inform strategic decisions.
+ Derive data-driven actionable insights on inventory and procurement metrics and performance to provide recommendations for the department along with shipboard leadership.
+ Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed to support operational decision-making.
+ Enable teams and leaders to connect the dots between the various initiatives within a larger plan.
+ Work with Supply Chain Management to negotiate contract terms and cost savings with vendors as required.
+ Engage in extensive market research to uncover new opportunities and trends within the Hotel Operation sector, providing valuable insights for strategic savings initiatives.
+ Perform analysis of onboard inventory consumption against targets and advise action plans.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelors Degree in Business, Operations Management, Data Analytics or a related field.
+ 5+ years’ experience in an Operations Analyst or similar role.
+ Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
+ Proficiency in using analytical tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
+ Proven experience in project/program management work and ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively with leaders across the organization.
+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, including passion and tenacity for solving problems through creativity and resourcefulness.
+ Demonstrated negotiation and contract management stills.
+ Proven success introducing major change to complex organizations.
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

+ Base Salary Range: $69,300-$93,600. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base pay is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
