Posting Description

SENIOR HOUSEKEEPER, Endicott House, to organize and execute daily housekeeping duties and meeting the objective of ensuring clean, orderly, and attractive guestrooms and all public spaces. Will provide supervisor with cleaning supply and linen inventories and identify replacement stock needs; ensure standard security procedures are maintained, e.g., locking doors, securing guestrooms, providing access to storage, and key control; assist with training employees in operational procedures to meet or exceed guest expectations; conduct guestroom inspections prior to guest check in; and conduct follow up with housekeepers regarding service standards.
