Senior HPGR Process Specialist

Your role as Senior HPGR Process Specialist

As a Senior HPGR Process Specialist you are the expert on sizing, scale up and simulation of the performance of our High Pressure Grinding Rollers. You are responsible for process engineering related design of HPGR circuits we offer to our customers. You will drive flowsheet developments needed to support the introduction of new technologies and you will successfully communicate our solutions via global networking and connecting the comminution world.

Further tasks and responsibilities:

Standardizing sizing criteria, methods and tools.Designing of HPGR test work program standards.Analyzing and reporting test results, calculating scale up and stimulating the product. Also, calculating the required HPGR size, tyre lifetime and tyre surface recommendation.Driving the best solution outcome by ensuring HPGR machine selections reflect the desired outcome intent through review of available sizing input and analysing grinding process limitations.Initiating and supporting development of optimized HPGR modelling tools.Supporting on-site process audits to identify improvement opportunitiesSupporting the sales team in demonstrating benefits of selected solutions, inclusive TOC and ROI calculations.Identify (business) development opportunities and report them to product management.Providing performance ramp up support to installed and commissioned units and execute site surveys.Supporting and organizing HPGR product trainings and seminar presentations.

Education and Qualifications

Completed education on Master’s degree level in Mineral processing, Mining Engineering, Applied Earth Science, Metallurgy or similar.Proven HPGR experience in industry.Excellent command of English language (verbal and writing).Good command of mineral processing simulation software's (such as JKSimMet, Aggflow) and good command on MS office programs.
