Overview We have an exciting opportunity for Senior HR Advisor, where you'll provide high-quality, timely, and professional HR support to managers and employees across the organization. You'll ensure the implementation of HR best practices and deliver commercially focused solutions to drive business success. How you'll make an impact Stakeholder Management: Develop effective relationships by providing timely HR advice and guidance Influence and challenge managers with expert HR advice Coach and mentor line managers to enhance their people management skills Case Management: Handle employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance, sickness) Advise on policies, procedures, legislation, and risk; apply mediation as needed Escalate complex cases to Senior HR Business Partner and participate in case reviews Restructuring and Office Changes: Execute restructuring, office closures, and relocations Support documentation and approvals for restructuring processes Assist in consultation processes and explore alternative employment options Acquisitions and Disposals: Collaborate on acquisition scope and integration support Coordinate due diligence and HR consultation processes Ensure accurate HR record transfers and compliance checks Annual HR Processes: Support performance management and annual pay review processes Collaborate on annual benefits window and manage related queries Teamwork: Provide coverage and support for colleagues Participate in team projects and continuous service improvement Manage HR tickets and collaborate with Wellbeing Advisor on referrals Deliver high-quality, timely, and professional HR advice and support Ensure HR best practices and commercially focused solutions are provided About You CIPD qualification or equivalent experience; degree level education Proficiency in Oracle or similar HR systems; detailed knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Extensive experience in employee relations, including conduct, grievance, and organizational change Ability to work in fast-paced environments, make decisions with incomplete information, and build strong stakeholder relationships Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; problem-solving mindset; adaptable to changing priorities Strong ethics, integrity, and customer focus; proficiency in MS Office Eligible to work in the UK Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
