Senior HR Analyst, HRIS

The Senior HR Analyst, HRIS serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The Sr. HRIS Analyst will primarily focus on maintaining and extending the use of Oracle Fusion by executing requirements, design, configuration, testing, and support tasks on a multinational operations level.

What You Will Do:

Support HR, Performance Management, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation requirements, configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) experience. Assist HRIS manager with system upgrades to Oracle Fusion. Research and document solutions in Oracle to meet country-specific requirements.  Assist with future system upgrades and patches, testing, and other system changes in conjunction with IT. Maintains system files and tables and develops custom reports as needed. Ensuring data integrity by assisting with adequate processes, audits, and interfaces. Support continuous improvement initiatives for improving operational efficiencies, business flexibility, and responsiveness. Manages relationships with third parties and other stakeholders, including the scope and project resourcing. Act as project manager for various HR initiatives. Assist in developing end-user procedures, guides, and training documentation.   Leads HRIS tier 2 support on technical and employee data issues. Supporting HR Business partners by providing reports, training end users on reporting and performing data analysis, and creating Dashboards for HR data.

What You Will Need:

Education and Experience

BA/BS in MIS, Computer Science, Business, and Human Resources preferred 4+ years of related experience with global ERP HRIS/ Payroll systems including self-service and portal technology.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Superior working knowledge of system configuration, business process/ workflow setup, testing and security, system maintenance, upgrades, and fixes. Prior system implementation or system upgrade experience. Strong customer-facing, consulting, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate within a team. Proven experience working with complex project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects. High-level understanding of HR, benefits, compensation, and payroll business processes. Previous experience in a transactional data environment. Advanced reporting skills and ability to create/navigate complex MS Excel functions. Knowledge of Power BI Analytics a plus. Strong working knowledge of data privacy laws. Obtain a working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Management System.

Reporting Relationships:

The incumbent reports to a Manager, Director, or Executive level position. This position does not have any direct reports.
