This is a hands-on, execution-focused role centered on delivering accurate, timely, and actionable data to HR and business stakeholders. The primary focus is on building, maintaining, and optimizing reports and dashboards that support key HR functions. This role is ideal for a curious, collaborative analyst who excels at translating data into meaningful stories that drive operational impact. **Job Duties** · Analyze complex employee data across the talent lifecycle (e.g., hiring, performance, attrition, engagement) to identify trends and inform decision-making. · Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple HRIS platforms. · Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation teams to support analytics needs. · Design and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting tools using Power BI and SharePoint. · Translate complex data into clear, compelling visualizations and narratives for non-technical audiences. · Support projects related to workforce planning, diversity & inclusion, organizational effectiveness, and HR strategy. · Extract and manipulate data from SuccessFactors and other internal systems for use in analysis and reporting. · Contribute to survey design and analysis (e.g., engagement surveys, exit feedback). · Continuously improve data processes, governance, and automation within the people analytics function. · Maintain compliance with data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). **Job Requirements** · 3+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally within HR/People Analytics or a related field. · Strong proficiency in Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel. · Working knowledge of SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms. · Solid foundation in statistics, trend analysis, and data storytelling. · Strong communication and presentation skills — ability to synthesize complex findings into business-relevant insights. · Comfort working with large datasets and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. · Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Preferred Qualifications · Experience with employee survey analysis and workforce planning models. · Familiarity with data governance and HR data privacy best practices. · Exposure to scripting or automation tools (e.g., Power Query, VBA, or basic Python/R is a plus). · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Economics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or Human Resources). **Many Evident positions are located at export-control-restricted work locations or require access to export-controlled information.
