Senior HR Associate

Job Summary:
Interactive Brokers is seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior HR Associate to provide comprehensive human resources support across the organization. This role will lead critical HR initiatives, serve as a subject matter expert, and partner with business leaders to drive people-related strategies. The Senior HR Associate will manage complex HR matters, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of HR programs and policies, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, and performance management. Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding. Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues in a timely and impartial manner. Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the overall employee experience. Support the planning and execution of employee engagement and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities. Identify opportunities for process improvements and HR program enhancements. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in a generalist HR role. Demonstrated expertise across core HR functions, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis. Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
