Senior HR Associate

Job Summary:
The Senior HR Associate is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and expertise to the organization. This individual will lead critical HR initiatives, serve as a subject matter expert, and partner with business leaders to drive strategic people-related objectives. The Senior HR Associate will manage complex HR matters, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

Job Description & Responsibilities-

Lead the implementation of HR programs and policies (e.g., compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management). Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues in a timely and impartial manner. Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the overall employee experience. Participate in planning and execution of employee engagement and CSR activities. Identify opportunities for process improvements and HR program enhancements. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in Human Resources.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in a generalist HR role. Demonstrated expertise in all core HR functions, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis. Certified Professional in Human Resources will be a plus. Proven track record of leading successful HR initiatives and driving continuous improvement. Company Benefits & Perks
