Job Description

 

Lennox has an excellent opportunity for a Sr. Benefits Analyst position located in Richardson, TX. The Sr. Benefits Analyst is responsible for providing comprehensive analytical support and handling the day-to-day transactional administration of Lennox benefit plans, focusing primarily on the company’s retirement plans.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Manage the administration of retirement plans in compliance with plan documents and legislation, while meeting annual benefit processing deadlines – examples include: valuation process, external audits, mailings, government filings, invoices etc.Provide support to employees and HRBPs as questions on planning for retirement ariseLead the Financial Wellness Education strategy for the company through communication campaigns, event planning, partnering with offsite locations, etc. taking into consideration the diverse audiences. Identify and investigate abnormal patterns, compile information and prepare operational and financial reports and analyses of assigned plans.Research and mediate inquiries or problems between plan participants and assigned plan by working with providers and third-party administrators to provide timely customer service.Partner with the Lead Analyst to evaluate current benefits/processes, industry trends and legislative requirements, and present recommendations for changes or enhancements to management.Assist with ad hoc projects across the various functions of Lennox Benefits, which may include annual enrollment activities, employee communications, vendor appraisals, etc. Maintain collaborative team relationships with peers and colleagues to effectively contribute to the working group's achievement of goals, and to help foster a positive work environment.

 

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Requires at least 5 years related experience.Prior experience with 401(k) retirement plan administration is preferred.Must have excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to utilize and recognize ways to improve workflow efficiency and increase productivity.Experience in organizational and business communications, effective presentations, developing communications campaigns.Strong customer service skills.Attention to detail.A strong working knowledge of HRIS systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office. Advanced Excel preferred.

The compensation range for this position is approximately $74,000 - $98,000 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education
