Purpose
We are seeking a high-energy, engaging HR professional to join our APAC regional office as a Senior HRBP. In this key role, you will ensure our HR practices align with business objectives, driving organizational success.
Key highlights of the role are:
Deliver comprehensive HR support and expertise to internal stakeholders. Partner with managers and employees, leveraging your strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Lead initiatives in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee benefits, and data management. Engage with our COE’s for compensation reviews, salary proposals, performance reviews, and coordinate T&D and engagement programs. Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership:
Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support business goals. Act as a consultant to leadership on HR-related issues, providing guidance and solutions.Talent Management:
Partner with our COE’s for talent acquisition, learning and development, and retention strategies. Facilitate performance management processes, talent reviews and succession planning.Employee Relations:
Address complex employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.Employee Engagement:
Support initiatives aimed at improving employee morale and engagement. Assist in coordinating employee social club and other HR engagement activities.Projects and Initiatives:
Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as required by the HRBP team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR-related initiatives.Change Management:
Lead and support organizational change initiatives. Facilitate communication and training during transitions. Ensure that all HR communications are consistent and aligned with company values.HR Policy Development:
Help in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Ensure policies are up-to-date and aligned with legal requirements.Data Analysis and Reporting:
Use HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making. Prepare reports and presentations on HR activities and outcomes for leadership.Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is often preferred.Experience:
8+ year experience in a Business Partnering role. Extensive experience in HR, with a focus on strategic partnership roles. Proven track record in managing complex HR projects and initiatives. Experience in Insurance / Financial Services Proactive, results-oriented, and a self-starter. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and Singapore employment law.Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Financial Acumen Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proactive, results-oriented, and a self-starter.Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of HR best practices and employment law. Familiarity with organizational development and change management principles. Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.
