Make an Impact/ The role:

At Adjust, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team and support our operations in the EMEA region. You will be part of a diverse and specialized team, attached to the broader People & Places department. 

As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic partner to our business leaders and provide comprehensive HR support across multiple regions. You will play a key role in driving HR initiatives, implementing policies and procedures, fostering an inclusive work culture, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

 

Empower Your Potential/ Responsibilities:

Consult and partner with our executives, managers and team leads on HR topics such as leadership, performance management, compensation, organisational development. Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their objectives and align HR strategies to drive organizational success Understanding business strategy, challenges and initiatives in the EMEA region Support managers in driving performance management processes, including  performance evaluations, development plans and succession planning. Partner with our L&D team to foster leadership development activities in your business functions either from a company-wide programs or specifically for the areas of expertise for the business functions you are supporting Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR data management, reporting, and analytics and be able to identify trends and proactively recommend solutions to improve performance and employee experience  Work with the managers on the headcount planning process for the assigned divisions / departments Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth transition from the recruiting process to the onboarding as well as be in charge of the overall employee experience Contribute to diversity & inclusion initiatives to enhance the employee experience Be a critical thinker and a professional mediator when navigating through a high degree of complexity

 

Bring Your Knowledge/ Experience & Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, preferably in the technology or software industry. Strong knowledge of European labor laws and regulations (Germany, UK, France, Turkey) Demonstrated experience in coaching managers, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and results driven environment, take initiative and ownership  Business fluency in English (German would be an advantage)
