The role
Are you ready to drive meaningful change and shape the future of HR within a global organization? Babcock is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to lead transformational projects, influence key stakeholders, and make a tangible impact on our people agenda.
Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate with the wider HR Operations Teams, the SME HR Teams and wider Operations team looking at the Long Term Partnering opportunities to deliver strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements. This role will require occasional travels to Bristol.
Essential experience of the Senior HR Business Partner:
Expertise in planning, project management, and change management. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage employee relations in unionized environments. Strong knowledge of employment law and commercial awareness. Experience in bid planning, culture change, and workforce transformation is advantageous. A strategic thinker who can also be hands-on when required. An authentic leader with excellent problem-solving skills.
Qualifications for the Senior HR Business Partner:
The post holder would be degree qualified or have equivalent experience Recent CPD and a Member or Fellow of the CIPD.
